The fifth discipline advocates the change of the management. This is required so that people can observe their behavior and can start working on them. Three laws of the fifth disciplines are today’s problems come from yesterday’s solutions, the harder you push, the harder system pushes back, and behavior grows better before it grows worse (Peter, 2006). The temporary solution a problem can create major issues in the future events. In my organization, the problem lies with the management and their decision-making in terms of recruitment. They are hiring the people and not getting satisfied with the quality.
